Shipping Notice: Jackets and vests are shipped in a separate package from the power banks.

Please take note of this and expect your vest/jacket to arrive soon after your power bank.

 

 

Q: When will my order be shipped out?

A: Orders are prepped and processed within 12 hours of being placed. They are then shipped out within 1-2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it’s shipped. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email within your primary inbox, please check your spam folder.

Please note our warehouses are closed on weekends, and we are unable to ship out packages on these days. Shipping may take extra time during holidays.

 

Q: How long is shipping?

A: Shipping can take 7-15 days within the US (after processing) and 2-6 weeks for international orders.

Tracking information is available after 3-5 days after placing your order and will be sent straight to your email. If you don't see it, try checking the spam folder.

Note: Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or P.O. boxes may take longer to arrive.

  

Q: When will I receive my tracking number? How do I track it?

A: Once the shipping process is complete, we will send you the shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number which will be tracked with 17Track, USPS, or FedEx.

After your order is processed for shipment, the carrier needs to receive your package before they proceed with the delivery process and have your tracking number monitored. It will usually take about 3-5 business days for the carrier to update the status of the tracker. The duration for the tracker to be activated can be subjected to change during holiday seasons.

Your tracking number is provided within your shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking number and you'll be routed to one of the following shipping carrier sites.

  

Q: How do I return or exchange my order?

A: You must initiate and return your product(s) within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Return for Exchanges: We'll cover the return shipping fee and send you a return label free of charge. 

Return for Store Credit: We'll cover the return shipping fee and send you a return label free of charge. 

Return for Refund: You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming your exchange, refund to original payment method or refund to store credit.

NOTE: Sale is final for OPEN BOX. No returns/ refunds allowed. we only allow exchange of size.

Notice: Do not send your return to our office address or our shipment warehouse. Instead, please contact us for our return address.

 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?  

A: If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be changed/canceled 12 hours after placing them. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.

We are unable to allow for any changes, cancellations, or refunds on your order has been shipped. 

 

Q: I have not received my order yet. When should I expect it?

A: Your order may still be en route. Track your order using the tracking number attached to your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow 5-15 days within the US (after processing) and 2-6 weeks for international orders.

Some products may include faster shipping which would be displayed on its individual product page. (Example: 4-9 Day Shipping From The US)

P.S. If you cannot locate your shipping confirmation email, try checking your spam folder.

 

Q: I only received 1 tracking number and I placed multiple orders, what's going on?

A: This could be the case due to either 2 possible scenarios.


Scenario 1 - We may have included several orders into one package so they could all be under 1 tracking number. 
Please allow up to 5 business days for an update as there may be a delay with the shipping carrier.

Scenario 2 - The case could be that one shipment received a shipping update before the other(s). Please allow up to 5 business days for an update as there may be a delay with the shipping carrier.

If the case is still the same after 5 business days, please contact our support team.

 

Q: I placed multiple orders or ordered multiple products, but only received 1 order/product, what's going on?

A: No worries, some products may be shipped from different warehouses, therefore, some may arrive sooner than others.

Each product’s shipment can be tracked individually using the tracking number from it’s shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please try checking your spam folder.

If you haven't received a tracking number for the product that has yet to arrive, please contact our support team.

 

Q: What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?

A: We offer a money back guarantee! If you're dissatisfied with your item(s) for any reason, no worries, we'll change that.

Q: Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

A: The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in your country's currency, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
